30 days!!

Well it has been about 30 days since I went 100% raw and I must say I love it. I still have some detoxing to go through and more healing is on the way, BUT I have seen quite the improvement in myself the past few weeks. It is amazing and very exciting! I am slowly able to keep up with the energy I have, most of my pains are gone and slowly but surely I'm sleeping better at nite. There are still a few kinks to work out, but all in all I LOVE this food!!!

ME too. I went 100% raw on August 1st and have been all raw since. I have noticed some amazing and exciting changes in my health also. The more I tune into my body's natural true signals the better this raw food lifestyle is working. HooRAW for the raw food lifestyle. :)

Glad to hear that you're noticing changing so well. After I ate raw for 2 days I got ill...thought I had the flu. I was feeling sick to my stomach, achy all over, headache that wouldn't go away, and very cold. I was like this for 2 days. After 2 days of feeling unwell I woke up to having more energy than I had for quite some time and all symptoms gone. I've been off work on stress leave since July 26th and have been taking sleeping aids to get to sleep. Since starting on raw I have only had to take sleeping aid 1 night. YAY!! Love the effects of raw. Can only get better from here........
