I’m sure most of you have Alissa’s DVDs but for those of you who don’t have them yet, there is now a sneak preview on her site.
https://www.alissacohen.com/shop/product.php?productid=12&cat=3&page=1
It’s a short clip with music over it, but it gives you an idea of what the whole 3 ½ hours are like.

I tried to type a response to this last night and my silly computer locked up!:p
I love the preview! It's great!
You know the funny/strange thing about when I watch the dvd, and even last night watching the preview? EVERYTIME, I start REALLY craving guacamole. I don't know why or how, but I do. Even last night. And I was FULL! I had just finished a HUGE salad!
The DVD is SOOOOOOOOOOOOO worth getting. I watched that before I even cracked open the book (I had ordered both together), and it showed me that raw can be SO easy! That's what Alissa does, and that's what I tell people! She makes it too easy! It's so easy with her that you can't NOT do raw! LOVE IT!:D
That dvd changed my life. I HIGHLY recommend it!:D

When I first started thinking about going raw someone in my weight loss group lent me their DVD to watch. This is what convinced me that preparing raw food wouldn't be that hard, especially since I hated cooking to start with. I only prepared basic meals, never anything fancy that would require following a recipe from a cookbook. My dh loved my cooking anyway always saying if he complained he'd have to cook himself and he's the world's worst cook.
After viewing the dvd I immediately ordered Alissa's book and I was raw for 4 months. I regret going off but I'm back now. Today I was cropping pictures for headhots only, showing my weight loss and I have to say.....the best picture taken was of me during the time I was eating raw.
It would be awesome if Alissa got her own TV show!!

I too highly recommend getting Alissa's DVDs as they are a great compliment to her book. I read each and every line in her book - highlighting as I went along - and then watched the DVD and to see her in action preparing dishes, answering questions, using the various equipment - she calmed some fears (if you will) that I had when I first went raw. We all didn't know how to cook before we learned and becoming raw is something we have to learn, or actually go back to. It comes very natural the longer you are in it. You will learn listen to your body and hear what IT wants to eat or drink and what combinations of foods will comfort you. It was like attending a seminar of Alissa's. I really enjoy her DVD.

Is there more than 1 DVD? The thread says DVD's. I only see one listed which I will finally order. (Already have the book)

It's a set of two. Together, they're about 3 1/2 hours long. The second one is just a continuation of the first. Plus, it shows the AFTER (30 days raw) photos of the two women.
