Himalayan Salt Benefits

I've just been reading up on this........
Can anyone give me their two cents worth? What sort of benefits have you found with using Himalayan Salts???

Hi!

I just came back from the local health food store, and picked up some Himalayan pink salt while there.

Well, all I can say right now, after having used this on my avocado and on my coleslaw is that it has a pleasant salt taste. I don't have a microscope to view the lacy snowflake-like crystals which this salt supposedly has, but it sure is pretty to look at, and if it has all the minerals that some claim it has, well, that's wonderful!

Meanwhile, yep, it tastes nice.

Did you ever get some to try?
