I can't, I am sorry. You see, I very rarely follow a recipe. This was one of those times.

I think I threw some almonds, dates, carob powder, salt and mint essential oil in the food processor. Maybe even a touch of vanilla.

Then for the frosting I made one from avocados, dates, agave, carob powder, coconut oil, vanilla and peppermint essential oil.

I am sorry that I couldn't give you a better recipe to follow.

There are lots of raw brownie recipes out there. Just make one of those.

Then there are lots of chocolate pudding types of recipes made from avocados. They would work well too.
