Hi! I'm so glad I found this website. I don't know anyone doing raw foods at all (most people I know only eat cooked). It seems like I'll have a blast learning new ways.

The past 2 days I've been eating way more raw than usual, and have been feeling tired! Maybe I'm detoxing some.

We live out in the country and grow our own food and eat local with the rest!

I have one little girl who just turned 3 and lately her new addiction is frozen peppers (I froze tons from our garden and she's been eating bowl fulls for days!!)

I googled that. We are probably like 80 miles from there. We live outside of Carlisle, Pa.

Aloha and Welcome to RFT!!! WOW... your little girl loves frozen peppers! Now that's an amazing treat! That is wonderful! you're gunna love RFT... great place with a lot of information - great recipes and tons of support! There's also an area where you can ask questions about raising 'raw kids'!! check it out - I'm sure you will have lots of great stuff to add to that section!
