I was wanting to know what the average shelf life would be for a few prepared items such as nut milk, coconut milk and various dehydrated goods.
How long will it last in the fridge:
Nut Milk
Coconut Milk
Dehydrated Tortillas
Dehydrated Mushrooms
Various Dehydrated Fruits
I've got a few raw recipe books but I didn't see anything about the shelflife of the items you make. I've noticed that some things can be frozen (such as the tortilla's) but what if they are stored in the fridge? I've got about 3cups of coconut milk in a pitcher at the moment and am not sure how long it will last.

same here. as well as pears.
bought a pear, 2 days later it was bruised and mushy and smelled.
There will never be an exact answer, you may be given approximations, but there SO many variables to consider.
Smell and appearance (as well as taste) are the best indicators, and if you are unsure and uneasy, just toss it. Not worth the risk.
If foods are dehydrated thoroughly, they will last VERY long, with no need to refrigerate.
Ladypeace82 - I must say, that is super weird. I've had pears get bruised and some brown spots, and if they are getting a bit too soft i stick them in the fridge. I haven't had that happen

they didn't do that until I put them in the fridge. I put them in there last night to be cold for me to snack on at work this morning and both of them looked like holy heck. :(

Hey Nicolette....I can only help with the nut milk......they generally have a lifespan of about 4 days.
Cinnamon panda.....I've had my almond butter in the fridge for about 2 months, and IMHO it still tastes good....I don't know what the typical lifespan is, but as long as it still tastes good, I'm going to use it!
