I just purchased a round dehydrator with adjustable temp control. I'm wondering this: alot of the recipes say to put on a teflex sheet, this particular dehydrator doesn't have that option. What is another option for making flatbreads, pizza rounds etc without the teflex sheet?
any help is appreciated:O)

You can use parchment paper or wax paper.

Most of these round models will come with at least one, what they call, fruit roll tray. That is your "teflex". You can also order more of them (as well as more trays and other accessories) online.
Is yours the Nesco brand? If so, you can also go straight to their website, http://www.nesco.com/products/?category=300
But aside from those fruit roll trays, the above suggestions of parchment paper are on point as well.
