Coconut cravings... why?

This is so weird... I read all these posts about coconunts and I get this strange feeling in my body.. it's like it screams to me GIVE ME COCONUTS NOW :) But when I go ahead and follow my "inner voice" then I don't like it.... strange.... and this has happened several times. I _REALLY_ want coconuts but then I don't care for it....

Is there some nutrient in coconuts that my body wants or what? This only happens with coconuts......

There are books on coconuts and coconut oil and how fabulous it is supposed to be for us. I was recently told to treat a parasite with coconut. I do know that if I'm detoxing and/or my tummy feels a little upset, if I drink coconut water (from young Thai coconuts), it fixes it. By the way, I'm referring only to the young coconuts.

i craved coconuts like crazy when i had an outbreak of a cold sore.
thru out the entire time i NEEDED my coconut lol and im usually never a huge fan of coconut.. have never disliked it tho..
i decided to do some reading on it.. and discovered coconuts are very anitfungal.. and good for poeple with aids and herpes viruses and stuff like that!! i was so amazed .. like my body had senced it needed the coconut to heal the cold sore!!
