lemon juice

i have the juice of 10 organic lemons...how long can i store in fridge?...can it be frozen...any easy smoothies?...any ideas would be helpful

I've kept mine for weeks. I also add juiced ginger to it and use it for teas, smoothies, dressings, and other various recipes. If you want to freeze it, you might use and ice tray.

What about putting it in Ice Trays..Freezing it and then putting it in Zip Lock Bags for easy access.

You can also use the lemon juice in salad dressings....I love it with a little olive oil, apple cider vinegar and sea salt....mmmmmmm goood!

You can freeze the lemons whole as well. But they don't last very long once they have been frozen so use them quick!!
