I am hoping that by posting this out of place that I might get a quicker response. I am traveling tomorrow and would like to find a decent restaurant to eat at. Any suggestions near Bedford, TX?

I am from the Dallas area, now living in east TN. There was going to be a raw restaurant in Downtown Dallas, called Pure Raw Cafe. I don't know what their status is currently.

Look up Spiral Diner in Ft Worth. They are a truly vegan restaurant, and if I remember correctly they do have some exotic salads.

Otherwise, look for SouperSalads or Jason's Deli - they are both great salad bars!

Where are you coming in from/going out through?
