Help! Raw In The Uk 11/4-11/12

Hi all,

I'm going to be in London performing for the first time ever from Nov. 4-12 (staying in hotel) and I really don't want to starve and end up eating SAD while I'm there. Anyone have any suggestions?

we have loads of supermarkets, greengrocers and wholefood shops here, especially in London.

Planet Organic; they are a wonderful wholefoods market started by an American actually. One of the first American style whole foods market there. I think she now has several branches. Working there 10 years ago started me on my current whole foods path. Come to think of it I actually bought my first raw book there by Juliano - this was way before I came to understand raw!

Also talk with the concierge at your hotel for suggestions the UK is very open to alternative eating style more so than her in he US!

I am sure it was not so hard to be raw in London!
For me, odd but true, it was easier to be raw in the Uk than Italy!!
