Hi Everyone. Let me re-introduce myself. I've been off the wagon for about 3-4 months and have been "raw" (non vegan raw) for almost 30 days. Tomorrow (actually today) will begin my return to vegan raw. I'm a 27 year old musician who performs all over the world with and inside orchestras and in chamber music groups, freelances around LA, and is a USC grad student in Music (viola performance). I'm originally from Las Vegas and reside in Los Angeles and I love food and dancing. RAW FOOD did wonders for me the first time around (curse that juicy steak that began the the spiral back into the SAD!!) and I know it will take care of all of the ailments that have been plaguing me since I went back to eating garbarge (however tasty it would seem). I will always believe and know that this is the best way to live and now I know that just because you make one, two, or a million mistakes, it is not a reason to throw up your hands and bend over for death. I have always chosen health and will continue until that day I die. I just have to remember that food is an addiction like everything else and none of us are perfect.
