totally my own fault for not being prepared enough but after a hectic and exhausting weekend I ate KFC :(

Back to raw today. Just gonna have to live with it and move on!

Are you guilty for doing such raw crime? I think it's ok there are no raw food police.:) If your body feels the need of eating cooked food then go ahead there is nothing wrong about that…unless you are focusing on a 100% raw.

Hi MysticTree, Hope you get back on track ok today & dont suffer too heavy a detox from the KFC.
Im finding that each time I stray from the path of raw food I really suffer with IBS symptoms & feel gross for a day or two til Ive got rid of the stuff from my system.
Sending a big cyber hug to you {{{{HUG}}}}

Just listen to your body and have fun
Focusing on feeling bad about it won't get you far...
Just treat it as a "learning" proccess and let it go... one day of your life or even one month won't hurt you if in the end you will get to the 100% that you want :D
Good luck and lots of love
Listen to your inner-self

Hey there Mystic tree,

Don't worry you will be fine. I also fell off last night and ate cheese pizza with my sad husband and it did not even taste good. All we can do is when we get off is get right back on and move on. I am getting ready to go out the door for work with my bag full of spinach,veggies, fruits and flaxseed crackers. So you go girl we can do this!!

hi!

Thanks everyone :)

I'm not feeling too bad about it ... back on raw today and only "symptom" was not wanting to get up this morning :o

I just wish I hadn't because it was such a poor choice of non-raw to go with :rolleyes:

Georgina, don't be too hard on yourself. I also hope you don't experience too many ill effects from the KFC. I tried it once 2 decades ago when I was eating poultry and fish for a few months. I remember lifting up the skin and only seeing greasy cooking oil, yellow subcutaneous fat and hardly any meat! I immediately went back to being a vegetarian after that. Oh!
