Amazing!

I bought my very first coconut that looks kind of like a mongolian yurt. Anyway, after watching Alissa's dvd and seeing her cut into this thing I thought it would be something to try.

I guzzled that stuff down like nobody's business. :p My thirteen year old daughter was watching me hack into this thing. Watching me pour it into a glass and then beginning to slurp it down..."do you like it" and then pretty soon... "save some for me."

So friends, it's another wonderful day on my raw journey. Cheers!

My 2 year old adores young coconuts! Hands down one of her favorite foods! :D

Same thing at my house. I opened two of them today and my son and I drank the water in champagne glasses, which has become a ritual.
