Hi, I'm Hannah, new here, have been vegetarian (never officially vegan but avoided eggs/dairy wherever possible) since I was 12 and have recently got into the raw thing, and I love it.
I just had an improvising session with the food processor and the result was a lovely sweet pudding that tastes like Christmas :)
I just blended equal quantities of dates and walnuts and some mixed spices (cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger) and a little bit of orange zest (I didn't soak them first but if you did the pudding would probably be smoother) and added fresh-squeezed orange juice until it was creamy, about the consistency of PB, put it in a bowl and threw some chopped dates on top. It really warmed me up inside. I got my mum to try a bit (she's not raw or veggie) and she made me give her half...
