View Full Version : How do people feel after 30 days raw + Bikram?

I'm thinking of doing a 30 day Bikram Yoga challenge, while maintaining 100% raw diet. I'm going to my first class tomorrow to test it out... what do you guys think? How do you feel after 30 days?
I would imagine doing 30 days raw and bikram yoga + my normal workouts would be incredibly detoxifying... and I would probably lose 30-40 lbs in a month. Toxins! Leave!

Bikram is an amazing complement to raw. I found that as I was detoxing during my transition to a 100% raw diet, the bikram sped it along by sweating out all those toxins. It DID make for some nausea during class, though. But it's an AMAZING experience. Enjoy!

I started 30 days of Brikman , I love it . After 8 straight days I was sooo exhausted but feeling great so every4 or 5 days I switch to regular Yoga for 1 day and I find this really works.
My weight loss is very consistent not increased by the Brikman( I am building Muscle) which is good as I think any faster would be unhealthy for me and my skin wouldn't catch up to my weight loss which it:) is now.
Detox is way better thanks to Brikman
So go for it
