Hello!

First off these are soooo good :) but when I tried to roll them into balls very sticky to my hands and hard to put in balls. I ate a good portion off my hands (which I did not mind because they are good) but any recomendations to roll them into balls without being so sticky everywhere?

Hi!

I made these lovely, delectable treats and my SAD boyfriend and a few others LOVED them. Yum-o!

Before I began rolling these little guys into balls, I made sure it was really cool. It was much easier to work with. Not frozen of course, but maybe stick in the freezer for 5 minutes, or fridge for maybe 10 minutes or so. Good Luck!

Chilling them sounds like a good idea. Usually I will use my FP to coarsely grind up some almonds and roll the fudge balls in that. That way they melt in your mouth and not all over your hands, face, arms, car.....
