young coconuts-comment and quesiton

Hey there,

I am so excited-where I live I could not get a young coconut unless I drove 1 1/2 hours away, but today doing my regular shopping at meijers (l also go to farm markets and health food stores) I saw them sitting there waiting for me to buy-yea :) So my question is what else besides smoothies can you do with them??

You can make salad dressing out of them. Rawvolutions book uses them in a ton of recipes (like the summer corn salad and ranch dressing recipe.) Or just eat them!
