awesome crepes!

I've made the crepe recipe for the first time but using mango fruit leather & also a sheet of raspberry leather. OH MY WORD :D I thought I'd gone to heaven

Saw this recipe in the latest Get Fresh Magazine and made it yesterday................wow............delicious! Just have to leave all my bananas to get ripe now ;)

That sounds so good! I will have to try this.

I love the crepe recipe. I also make an apple pie filling and put that in the banana leather. Then I top it with a caramel sauce and put it in the dehydrator to warm and soften for a couple of hours. It is so good warm out of the dehydrator.

I love crepes too. I make mine with banana leather and I stuff them and top them with banana ice cream and It's soooo good!!!!

I think that the great thing about them is that you can make the leather from any fruit that you just have too much of. By the time it comes to using them up I have forgotten what went in to them and it is always a surprise.
I never use banana because I so love ice cream that I never need to use up bananas.
I have never used ice cream as a topping so will have to give it a try. I have used almost every other fruit on top.
