I know in the master clense you are not suposed to drink anything other than the salt, lemonaide, water and the tea. could you also do the liver clense at the same time?? and oil pulling too. just wodering what your thoughts on the subject thanks:D

I wouldn't do it at the same time,.. i'd worry that it might mess with my system doing two cleanses simultaneously or that neither would be as effective as they would on their own.

Where do you find directions for a master cleanse? I've never done any fasting....well, not for a long time....and would like to read up a bit.
