hey i'm 13
i don't know much about raw yet because i just got started but i'm really excited!
my mom really isn't in to it, she's worried about me and stuff cuz i'm so young
if you guys have any tips for me i would really love that
i'm just finding out about all the forums still
i just joined rawfoodsupport.com, rawfoodchat.com, rawfoodteens.com and now i'm here too. so many raw forums. hope they're all good. i really like the raw teen forum they were very helpful to me.

Very mature of you to make a decision like this!! As for your mom I would just show her as much information at you can on the diet: Why it's so healthy, how it can change your life etc. Get some books or find articles online that she can read. ps, if your mum gives you a hard time just tell her most of your friends are being difficult kids by doing drugs and drinking underage, all youre doing is eating raw food! HAHA. your mum will appreciate you then. ;)
