for those not eating fruit

Hi, I've been in and out of adding fruit to my raw diet.....curious to hear EXACTLY what prople are eating who don't eat fruit

Rawfoodtalk's for support of the raw diet as Alissa Cohen teaches it in her book. http://rawfoodtalk.com/showthread.php?t=20049

Alissa would not recommend doing the raw food diet that way but recommends eating fruit in the diet.
