What could I use instead of flax in a bread recipe? I hate the taste of dehydrated flax. I just think it has a weird taste.
What about sesame or sunflower seeds?

I Suzi,
Do you grind the flax up before you add it to the recipe? Because I add flax to lots of stuff that way and love it and don't really notice any odd flavor. But if I leave them whole & soaked (as in flax cracker recipe) I don't enjoy them. ???
PS I use a coffee grinder so it becomes like flour.
