i've read you should never juice any fruits, except apple with veges. but i'm reading in threads that people add grapes or pineapple etc to their vege juices.

I guess it all depends on YOU. There are Pros and Cons. It doesn't bother me. I have no problem digesting it. I have read you should eat Fruit, wait 20 mins. and eat whatever else.

Some things we think of as veggies are really fruits, like courgettes & cucumbers, so they can be combined with apples or other fruit & still be good food combining. Melon should always be eaten alone. It's to do with the way the body digests different foods...Im sure if you do an online search for food combining you will get loads more info.

Pineapples are easy to digest and can usually be combined with veggies with no problem. I also will sometimes add lemon juice which is acidic outside and becomes alkaline internally. Both will cut the harshness of plain veggie juice.

You must remember that a lot of people here are working on the "eat anything as long as it is raw" principal.
This is a great way to start and all progress at their own pace.
