....have you all been raw? It's been almost 9 weeks for me and it gets easier and better all the time.

and it's been quite a journey. So far I have lost 10 pounds, and my eyesight has improved. I am definitely not craving anything and my hunger level has gone down. I am much happier and sanier than I've EVER been!

Today is 140 days. Close to 5 months. I effortlessly lost 30 pounds. You know what, I think my eyesight improved too! After decades of searching for "my way" to live and eat...this has got to be it! There's no struggle, its so natural and easy.

Since the last week of April of this year. 5 months now. Its definitely a situation where I am looking forward to each month because my body is changing and becoming more fit and healthy. This is the way mankind was created to eat without a doubt. But of course, our All-Wise Creator gave us all free choice, which unfortunately, the majority use to slowly kill themselves.
