Hi does anyone have any information and/or opinion regarding Manna Bread. I saw it mentioned somewhere but I can't find that info. I know that it is made with all natural raw ingredients but it says "Baked at a low temp". I know tht the definition of Raw is food that is prepared at no higher than 112-116 degrees.

Any info would be appreciated

Thanks

Manna bread is not raw, neither is Escene bread or Ezekiel bread.

I contacted Nature's Path who is the manufacturer for Manna bread. naturespath.com They stated that Manna/Essene bread is baked at 335 degrees. It is not a raw food.
