jess.... you need vitamin Bcomplex/B12 and take 1000 mcg of biotin with the B complex/B12 twice a day. When my dad had chemo - he lost all his hair - the dr put him on this combination and my dads hair grew back thick and full and gorgeous!
When I went raw - I noticed some hair loss beginning http://i149.photobucket.com/albums/s43/FireStar_830/th357582627l0ng1ru-11.gif ... aackkkkk!!!
so - I immediately began taking this combination and I noticed the hair loss lessened, it's getting thick and long again! http://i149.photobucket.com/albums/s43/FireStar_830/a026.gif
worked for me! and I know it's worked for a few other rawbies! Also helps strengthen your nails, and has a calming affect on your emotions too!! ;)

Hi Jess!
My hair has been falling out at a faster than usual rate since April. Now, before you panic, let me add this. I've also noticed in the past two months, that I have LOTS of new hair growing in too!:D That started about two months ago. So I'm really thinking it may be the same process that our fat goes through when we go raw. Where we lose the toxic fats and then the fat is replaced with the healthy fats in our bodies. I'm thinking the same may be true with our hair. The hair that was made up of the dead foods is leaving and the vibrant hair from raw is now growing in strong.
HTH!:D
I noticed my hair shed was 1/3 the amount it used to after taking MSM.
