Now I don't believe this goes in the sprouting section b/c I've already sprouted the almonds just fine and want to dehydrate them so I can have a salty snack on the go.

I dehydrated some almonds for about...............4 or 5 hours I think. They are good. But they seem rather squishy. Sooo, I guess I didn't do it long enough?

Could anyone inform me as to how long I should dehydrate almonds for the crunchy snack?:D

I've seen it take anywhere from 1 to 2 days for soaked almonds to become completely crisp...but climate, dehydrator temp, how much water the nuts took in, etc can play a big role in the outcome.

Maybe try dehydrating them for a full 24 hours and see what happens :)
