I have followed the Donna Gate's Body Ecology Diet and found it helped with several of my symptoms. I'm currently experimenting with 50% -75% raw and when I'm raw, my energy is doubled and my mind is clearer but I'm concerned about the effect sweet frutis, dates and raisons on yeast. I'm afraid I will aggravate my yeast symptoms with the sweet elements of the diet. I'm under the care of a holistic MD and am undergoing a treatment to eliminate bad guy bacteria and yeast. I don't want to follow the diet and be counter productive in achieving my goals.
Thanks for any response to this.

you could check out dr. doug graham (i am sorry I dont have his website you will just have to type his name into google and I am sure that it will pull up) He has helped several people with candida and yeast problems. Myself included by following 80% carbs, 10% fat, and 10% protein. That REALLY worked for me in clearing up yeast problems.
However I know other people have done a primarily green and nuts diet and that worked for them. I tried that for several months before starting 8/1/1rv and I just felt crummy all of the time. I know that is not the experience for everyone though.
Good luck in your journey to better health!
