I think she uses seasoned and dehydrated carrot pulp and red peppers.

I'd love the recipe as well. Everything looks so delicious. Those crunchy onions reminded me of those yummy onions that used to come in a can... ooohhhh how I crave them. Do you just dehydrate onions or do you marinate them first?

I think they're marinated with Bragg's or Nama Shoyu
