They taste so much nicer than unsoaked ones. What a revelation :D I haven't managed to get them to sprout yet as I've eaten them before they've had much of a chance :o

I love to make quick 'pate' using these...just process with whatever spices, chopped up herbs &/or veggie (put veg through spiraliser or similar chopping process first) you fancy. Will keep in fridge for up to 5 days. This is great on flax crackers or as a filling for nori rolls or wrapped in cabbage leaves, etc etc.
I add tamari if I want to flavour it deeply.
