Hey all! :D I remember seeing a link posted a while back about how candida is your friend and how eradicating it is not the answer (and is actually harmful because it's there to do its job) but rather bringing your body into balance will lead to normal levels of this stuff.

That article was great, thanks for posting the link! It makes perfect sense now why a 'just go 100% raw' approach would eventually rid oneself of candida symptoms.
