Hello all! I've been lurking on the boards for a few days now. I've only just started experimenting with raw food. I haven't really read any books yet (most of my information has come from various sources online), so I'm not really sure about what I'm doing. Even so, I've noticed a huge difference in how I feel after I eat.
I was already a dietary vegan (well, except for honey, but I barely ate any sweeteners anyway) as well as GFCF (due to gluten and casein intolerance), so going raw has not been hugely traumatic. I still end up eating about one cooked meal a day, though, because I'm hungry/cold/can't think of what else to fill myself with. I'm already quite underweight and suffer from chronic candidiasis, so I really don't want to make things worse.
