Anyone taking E3 Alive - if so have you noticed any benefits or positive or negative side affects

Thinking of buying it but wanted to know others experience with it

I've read about it and heard from other people that use it but It's quite expensive and I just don't really see the need for it. I would rather spend the money on a whole bunch of fresh organic produce that will keep me well fed for awhile. Try growing your own wheatgrass and juicing it. It's alot cheaper and a good way of getting all the good stuff in greens if you don't think you are getting enough in your diet.

I take it and I love it. I absolutely have more energy and a more positive outlook on life when I take it regularly. :)

Hi,
I drink E3Live daily and I love it. I have pulmonary problems so I take an extra dose just prior to working out and it helps me. I feel more energenic and able to breath better. I have only read one negative article on this product. I am going to finish the bottles I have and then I am going to experiment with green powders starting with Alissa's and see if there is a difference.

I understand that it is an algae that grows on Lake KLamath in Oregon. I once apon a time found a link to it on another site I cannot remember the link to! :o It was recommended also to use as a starter culture on the site that sells the inexpensive jars with special airleakproof tops to make home made sauerkraut. I read one person who lives by the lake and says it appears so polluted that she would not buy it. :eek: But many more people are raving about it.
