pumpkin seeds right out of the pumpkin still need to be soaked?
if i want to season & dehydrate them.... should i sprout them first or just soak?

cheers :)

Hey! I like the new avatar! :)
I think just soaking them would be fine. Like, soak for maybe a day so they're sort of sprouted and then season and dehydrate

Mine went from pumpkin to bowl filled of delicious seasonings.. and straight into my dehydrator!! :D They were left in for several hours and they were edible!

Hi Trinity

Was just wondering what kind of dehydrator you have. It resembles one that I have (a majic chef) but mine doesn't have a thermostat so I can't use it because it heats to 150 degrees. I have been doing a little bit of shopping but haven't seen a circular one so far.

Just curious--thx

I have an American Harvest that was kindly donated to me from a site member. It works great. I dehydrated my seeds for several hours on the lowest temp setting.

I made a garlic paste with garlic, organic old pressed extra virgin olive oil and sea salt. It was really yummy!
