This is something I've been thinking about. Supposedly, the enzymes are at their best when the papaya is still green. Anyone use a papaya skin mask?

I made a masque for my feet with papaya, pineapple and coconut oil.
It left them soooooo soft! I can't recall if it was under-ripe though. Let us know how it comes out!

I read that you have to be careful because if the fruit is not ripe enough it can burn the skin. I think I remember reading it was best for the fruit to be 1/2 to 3/4 ripe.

It will be trial and error. I thought I read about using them in Raw Food Real World, but didn't see it when I looked through the book earlier today. I know it's there. I just have to find it. I don't think they went into details except to say that they both use it. Thanks!
