Cold pressed extra virgin Olive Oil (3 parts)
Organic Cyder Vinegar (1 part)
sea salt
black peppercorns (crushed)
2 dates (finely chopped)
1 garlic clove (sliced)

I used a small (4oz) jar and mixed everything together. It is nice if it sits a while for the flavours to meld together. Goes very nicely with a watercress and avo salad!

Can I put this in the blender?

throw some basil, cayenne, pinch of salt, sub half an avocado for the oil, and youve got yourself a deal.

If you like a smooth dressing then yes -- I just have the lumps for flavour :)

Well I chopped up some watercress and an avocado and sprinkled some sunflower and pumpkin seeds on top -- with just one more chopped date -- then drizzled over some of the dressing.

I gave my bf a chicken casserole with flagolet beans but he tried my salad first and really loved it :D
