I am so proud of myself, I have made my first raw dish. I got the idea from a recipe posted by Sweetlips for Asparagus Salad.
Nothing is measured all ingredients are to taste.
Asparagus chopped into bite size pieces
A few Skirts of Braggs
Approx. 2-3 Table Spoons of Olive Oil (Cold Pressed)
A Teaspoon of Balsamic Vinegar
Sun Dried Tomatoes
Chopped Onions
Chopped Garlic
Chopped Mushrooms
Stick everything in a zip lock and let it marinate in the fridge over night.
It came out great, I will be taking it to work with me tomorrow for lunch.
