What I used
1 bunch of kale
1/2 bunch parsley both taken off stem and chopped
juailanned carrots
thin sliced red onion
lg. handful dried cranberries
1 apple diced
all in amounts to taste
Dressing
Lg T mustard
olive oil
dash apple cider vinagar
grated fresh ginger
black pepper
Pour over veggies and let sit in fridge at least 4 hours, better overnight.
Add fresh tomato to plate when serving.
Really good.
