Ok, so I am raw, but with doing a lot of exercise, started to develop a 6 pack, somewhat (so it's more like defined at the top than middle and bottom, but you can see where it is going, ok?).

I think it is really nice on a man.....but I am not a man.

I am not a bodybuilder physique at all. And I honestly don't think it looks nice.

THere, I said it. I was hoping with all the stomach stuff to get a nice flat stomach and look cute, instead it is going to this 6 pack stuff.

HELP!!!!!!!

Do you work out really hard? And also, have you been raw for long? Perhaps with regards to the exercise perhaps it is a bit too much for now, although that just doesnt sound like a good thing to say to anyone, you know? However, perhaps honestly this is your "adjustment" phase where you are super thin and maybe your weight will adjust up a bit in the future to the point where this 6-pack of yours wont be quite so obvious, you know? I dont mean to diminsh your concern at all, but I envy your body!!!! You must be a very disciplined person and I admire you for that. I would like to find the motivation to get the exercise and the all-raw in line with what it should be. :) Love your body where you are regardless of the flaws you perceive because no matter what you look like you are a special, unique individual and you are valid no matter what you look like. :)

I'll take some of that six pack!! I've been doing every abdominal exercise I can think of and still have a big stomach. What are you doing to get this strong tummy, please do tell me..I can really use all the help I can get....

I say embrase your six pack. The lower your body fat percentage the more exposed your abdominal muscles will be. Some people work really hard to get abs but don't get their body fat level low enough for them to show through. You should be proud that you are so fit. If it is a huge concern for you then just do less cardio work and start eating more calories.

Girl oooh girl, I am afraid I can't help, but I would take the six pack from you in a second. I am working on seeing mine again. This time I want to go for an eight pack! One day I will be in a fitness mag and the great thing is I will be totally raw....Embrace your pack. One thing, make sure you don't add any weight to your ab exercises. This will begin to add bulk to abs and obliques.

I think the definition came when I used a medicine ball as weight in addition to the situps (along with pilates and military exercises and medicine ball training and running).

When I moved up to the 5 kilo ball, it really added some definition.

I guess I need to open my mind more. I think the addition of weight made the higher definition and maybe alittle bulk.

But I am opening up. Just surprised as I have never been one (even when lifting on a full-time basis), to gain much bulk or definition. Even with help.
