Just found out I could do them last night and took a video today, I'm real excited about this because this was a long time goal that I gave up hope on, I just figured I couldn't do it and never bothered again!!!

Those are very impressive. I've been practicing and reading about bodyweight exercises for a little while now and after alot of hard work I've finally started to develop the kind of strength you need to do these exercises. Dumbbells and weights in a gym can't build that kind of strength.

Holy crap, the clap dips were pretty awesome
