I wanted to thank you for having this forum to support all of us in our journeys to health and healing with raw food. My life and health is changing for the better because of your book, dvd, and this web site. Though I have just started on this path and have yet to see where it will take me, I am fully confidant that it will be a better place than where I am now in health and spirit.
Your positive attitude and bright spirit are a shinning example to all.

Me too! I love this site and am spending many hours a day here learning as much as I can so when I am able to get around in the kitchen again I will only be fixing raw foods in all different ways. Thanks again!

My hubby just brought me my lunch of celery sticks with almond butter, fresh salsa and flax seed crackers! He does okay until dinner time when the cooked stuff shows up.

I think Alissa Cohen is quickly becoming the Joseph Pilates of the raw food lifestyle.

She's revolutionized it, at least to me, in making it accessible for the masses. The book, the streamlining of tools neccessary to maintain the lifestyle, the training and sharing of her knowledge... I think ten years from now, here name will be first word associated with raw food lifestyle.

I feel the same sentiments as expressed here thus far!

Aside from being a wonderful person, friend and raw mentor, the thing I really appreciate about Alissa is that she is not "preaching to the choir" by staying within the confines of the "raw community" and trying to reach those who are already somewhat health-conscious, but rather, she is reaching out there and hitting the masses...she's reaching those people who are sitting at home (watching Tyra, for example) and are tired of being overweight and sick. She's hitting mainstream and yall just keep watching her 'cause I'm telling ya...you ain't seen NOTHIN' yet!! ;) I also love and admire the fact that she is always able to rise above and not only rise, but SOAR above all of the pettiness of others, the jealousy and envy and all the naysayers!

I want to say a huge thank you to Alissa for her training program cos today I had an awesome day learning raw food recipes with a raw food coach who has done Alissa's training. I was amazed by how tasty, yet simple to make the recipes were. I know today has prfoundly changed my life!
I also got to buy the book & dvd & cant wait to get started tomorrow. I am going to join the November 30 day raw food challenge...but the way I feel today is that I'm gonna be all raw from today...yeah!

Ditto. I am still not quite where I want to be yet but I am getting there thanks to you, Alissa. I gotta tell you... I only found Alissa's site because I googled "gas" and stomach problems :eek::o since my issues just would not go away, and I was always in pain.

Alissa's got some grrreat marketing with this site, but that doesn't make it any less useful or life changing for many people! I discovered RFT, it struck a cord, ordered the book and CDs, rockin' out with good health and a happy belly! I'm going to her classes next month, and I can't wait to know even more. :D
