Raw/Vegan/Semi-healthy on the Central Californian Coast??

I live off the central coast in California near San Luis Obispo. We love to eat out, but I've been having a hard time finding places we can go where I can just get big salads (I'd love to just find a salad bar). There are no raw restaurants here, but if anyone knows of any kind of vegan or vegetarian or salad bar type place, please let me know!

Hi Holli, I'm in Templeton! I've only been raw 10 days now and have eaten out only once, got a garden salad from the Deli in Cambria. (without the croutons, feta cheese & dressing)

Big Sky (SLO) has a ORGANIC FRESH MARKET VEGETABLE PLATE that's cooked but I bet you could request the veggies uncooked and served over lettuce instead of the rice.
