I am loving You tube lately since I have high speed connection now. I found this video about B-17 and I thought you would all find it interesting. It takes patience to listen to the first part but you can fast foward over stuff. The second part is really interesting.

I just finished a delicious peach / grape smoothie with the seed from inside the peach pit blended (vitamix) along with a stalk of celery. I like the B17 protection this gives. Even if you don't want the B17 seed try this smoothie for a RAWlicious treat. :)
