Headache after I eat...

Okay, I know I'm detoxing and headaches are just a part of that. Mine seemed to have gone away... but it comes back every time I eat. Does this make any sense? I am eating 100% raw and organic foods... :confused: What the heck man :cool:

It sounds like your body is signaling you to stop eating right now. Our intelligent self speaks up all the time but for years we've ignored it's cries. Maybe a good fast will do the trick. just a thought
