Hi everyone, Im finding it quite hard to find raw dried fruits:(
I live in the UK & not in London or Brighton where the raw scene is strong
Not many shops where I live are labelling what is raw so with dried fruits should I be looking for labels that say sundried?
It is also hard to find raw nuts locally.
Does anyone else have this problem?
Ive just bought an excalibur dehydrator and was thinking of making my own raw dried fruits.
Does anyone make their own dried fruit?
If you do how long does a batch take etc?
