Hello,
For whatever reason, if I juice with fruit or fruit in green juice, I can become sick, even seizures. Some people say to eat your fruit rather than drink them and you can juice your vegetables. Does that sound familiar to anyone?
I admit that I have abuse sugary foods all my life. I wonder is this a result of that. When I drink the fruit juice I believe it goes to my bloodstream to fast and my body can't handle. Perhaps my blood sugar rises and then drop too fast to a low bloodsugar state causing these problems from years of glucose abuse, I don't know. I know stress and worry doesn't help. I am wondering will my body build up a tolerance for the glucose in fruit or fruit juices.
I am so sensitive to glucose, fructose, etc., that raisins, carobs and nuts that are in Alissa's incredients that they can cause me problems. I tend to binge on anything sweet, raw foods included. You know the phrase, "Can't stop eating them." Maybe if I can control my intake, the above will take care of itself.
Anyone experienced my problem? I would appreciate any feedback, suggestions, etc. Thank you very much.
Pete
