I'm struggling a little -- though not to the point of stressing :D -- over the concept of calling things "cheddar sauce" for example when there is no cheese in it and I wonder if it really tastes of cheese and if it doesn't then why is it called cheddar sauce?

rawkinlocs posted some time ago that the recipe names are denoted because they resemble a SAD creation according to the recipe creator.
it is all subjective but after my taste buds have shifted slightly, i can appreciate the resemblance. i only have had the nacho cheese by alissa (i can't handle too many creamy nuts at once)
