Do any of you use a fertilizer for your wheatgrass? I've been using plain organic composted soil, but also have bat guano I use to fertilize my goji berry plants, and just wondered if it would improve yields, or nutrient value to add the guano to the wheatgrass soil? I was just worried about trying before asking, I don't want to ruin the batch if it's not supposed to have anything like that. It has 8% nitrogen, 4% phosphoric acid. It's supposed to be a superior fertilizer, so wanted to try it as long as it doesn't "burn" the wheatgrass, I have overdone it before and burned other plants before! It would just take a teaspoon for a flat.

Thanks all, I've learned so much from all of you, there's no where else I could go for these kinds of questions and not be seen as an OCD fanatic!

I talked to the seller of this and they use it on their wheat grass. It has 94 minerals in it and wheat grass can take in all 94. It's ocean water diluted 100:1

I've heard this is good also. I grow it for my business, but use nothing but soil.. It works fine and I'm happy with just soil.. I tried to take some of this water with me on a plane....my brother from HHI gave me some to try....Unfortunately I forgot about the no liquid rule and they took it from me! That was about $40 worth of water!!!

I don't know about the other fertilizer. Just try it.. So much of this is trial and error.
