i'm not sure if this happens to a lot of people, but ever since i have been 100% i have been FREEZING cold. All day, every day. Nothing seems to help. What concerns me most is that it is only the beginning of october, so i can only imagine that i will be in rough shape by the time snow is flying. it got so bad today that i started to lose feeling in my hands and feet. they turned this weird blueish color...eeew. what should i do???? i hate being cold.

No tricks here. Just give it time and keep eating healthy. Some basic suggestions (some of which are obvious):
1) Get plenty of light exercise and cardio.
2) Get plenty of reasonable sunlight on your skin every day.
3) Utilize extra layers of clothing.
4) Put on extra muscle.
5) Eat your foods at room temperature.
6) Avoid air conditioning and drafty conditions.
7) Live in a warm climate.
-Just your standard stuff.

I don't know what else to advise you than to add fresh ginger to your diet. It's great in salad dressing and can be added to your smoothies, juices, soups, etc. It's a warming food.
It also helps alot to do exercise and get a better blood circulation going.
And the obvious thing as David said, layer up ;)

This is common. Have heard it often. Probably why Storm and Jinjee made a series showing that raw foodists can handle the cold - showing her running toward the water in winter in a swimsuit. Wish I knew what people are doing to not have this problem. I was always cold before raw.

Also, cayenne will warm you up. If you're going to be outside, sprinkling a little in your socks and gloves will really help. Also, eat lots of seaweed to mineralize your blood. We promise this will pass!

Hah! Never thought of sprinkling it in my socks and gloves! I like that idea!:D (Can it still give me heartburn that way? Just joking!)

I'm having the same issue. My heating pad has been an attachment here at work. :)

I have gone thru this phase now 2 or 3 times... I think it must've been some kind've detox. I started drinking lemon or lime juice with a bit of sweetner -- stevia or maple syrup or a drop or two of agave with 1 capsule of cayenne dropped in... (you open the capsule and add the contents to the juice!)... Kinda like the master cleanse drink I suppose - but the cayenne is very warming - and cleansing - and healing too! Never thought to add it to my socks though! now - that's an interesting thought! ;) :D
This will pass! I also like the ginger and cayenne to salad dressings.. yummm!!
